How to make veg Biryani or Soya Biryani in pressure cooker with in 20 minutes?

Preparation time: 20 minutes Ingredients::

  • 1: Basmati rice- 1.25 cup (250 gms approx.),
  • 2: Soya chunks – 1 cup or 50 gms Onion (sliced),
  • 3: 4 medium Tomato (chopped),
  • 4: 2 medium size Ginger,
  • 5: Garlic Paste,
  • 6: 1 tbsp Green chilli
  • 7: 2 to 3 Corriander leaves
  • 8: 1/3 cup Mint leaves
  • 9: 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 10: 1/4 cup French beans
  • 11: 1/4 cup Bay Leaves
  • 12: 2 Black cardamom
  • 13: 1 Cinnamon,
  • 14: 1 inch Mace (javitri ),
  • 15: 1/2 portion of flower Clove,
  • 16: 2 Cumin seeds
  • 17: 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 18: 1/2 tsp Red chilli pouder
  • 19: 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 19: 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 20: 1/2 stp Shahi Biryani masala powder
  • 21: 2 tsp Saffron(kesar), 22: 2 pinch Cooking oiil Ghee
  • 23: 2 tbsp Salt to taste now you are ready to go!
