Apply a layer of honey on your lips. Apply a layer of Vaseline on top of this. Leave these on for 10 to 15 minutes.
Use a damp tissue or a damp cloth to wipe it off. Repeat this once every day for about a week for lasting results.
2: Rose Petals.
Rose petals have skin nourishing properties as they contain vitamin E. They also help to retain the natural color of your lips.
Soak 5 to 6 rose petals in half cup of milk for 2 to 3 hours. Gently mash the petals in the milk to get a paste.
Apply this paste on your lips and Keep it on for about 20 minutes.
Rinse it off with cold water. Do this every day for a week or so.

Cut the aloe leaf sideways and scoop out the gel. Apply the gel on your lips and leave it on overnight.

Lemon juice is an effective treatment for dark and chapped lips.
Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, half teaspoon castor oil in a cup.
Apply as a mask on your lips.
Keep it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse with water.
Repeat this procedure daily for 7 to 10 days.
